At BREATH:ABLES, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality sleepwear that exceeds their expectations. We understand that sometimes you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase, and that's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have received a defective or wrong item, you can initiate a return or exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery for all orders purchased from our website. In case of returns and exchanges please remember the following points:

- Return or exchange requests will only be allowed within 5 days from the date of delivery.

- An order can only be exchanged or returned once.

- We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.
The product was not used or damaged.

All Cash On Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed only through Discount Voucher valid for 12 months from date of issue and can be used to make purchases only on our website.

Exchanges are only free for the first time; subsequent exchanges are chargeable at Rs.99/product.

Refunds against returns are processed after the product is received and approved by our warehouse team, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for the entire process.
Exchanges take between 1-2 weeks depending on the destination pincode.

How do you return?
- Reverse pick-up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
- Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed a maximum of Rs.100 towards your shipping costs as a Discount voucher (valid for 12 months) which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse. Please mention the Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
For customers within India, we provide free shipping for billing above Rs 2000/- (for billing below Rs 1999.99/-, charge of Rs 49/- will be levied). You have the flexibility to choose your preferred payment method, including Cash on Delivery (COD). Online orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days from the shipping date. In the rare event of any further shipping delays, we will promptly notify you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Exciting news! We now offer worldwide shipping. You can confidently place your orders from anywhere around the globe. However, please note that at this time, we are unable to provide exchanges or returns for orders outside of India. You can message us on 95 2955 2933 to place your orders. Please note the shipping charges will be charged on actuals for all international orders.

ORDER COMMUNICATION
To keep you well-informed throughout the ordering process, we will send you order-related information in two stages:

2.Delivery Updates: Our delivery company will communicate with you via SMS on the day of delivery, providing updates on the estimated arrival time of your package.

Please ensure that someone is available at the specified address to receive your order. Our delivery service will make two attempts before returning the shipment to our studio, except in cases where the delivery is refused with an "OTP verification code" on the first attempt. In such instances, the product will be immediately returned to our warehouse, and a second delivery attempt will not be made. If you still wish to receive the same product, you will need to place a new order on a prepaid basis. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Kindly note that we are unable to process orders with incomplete addresses or contact numbers.
