At BREATHABLES®, your comfort comes first — even after delivery. We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for all orders of our cotton nightwear, loungewear, and co-ord sets bought via www.breathables.in. If you’re not fully satisfied or received a defective item, you can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery.

Key Return & Exchange Guidelines:
- Request must be placed within 5 days of delivery.
- An order can be returned/exchanged only once.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Sale items, customized products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with tags.
Refunds & Vouchers:
- COD orders: A cancellation fee of Rs 100/- is deducted for COD orders and for the balance Refund amount a discount voucher will be given (valid for 12 months from the date of issue).
- Prepaid orders: Choose between a full-value discount voucher or bank refund (₹99 deduction per product).
- First exchange is free; additional exchanges incur ₹99/product.
Return Process:
- Reverse Pickup: Available in select pin codes.
- Self-Ship: Not serviceable? Self-ship your product and earn a ₹100 voucher. Don’t forget to include your Order No. & Return ID in the packet.

Returns are inspected upon arrival. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing refunds or exchanges.
