Join the BREATH:ABLES Wholesale Program and bring our comfort-first sleepwear to more customers across India. Please review the terms below before placing your wholesale order.
1. Eligibility & RegistrationTo open a wholesale account, send your business name and GST number to orders.bre@gmail.com. Once approved, you may begin ordering.
2. Brand IntegrityWe take great care in building our brand. Wholesale items may not be altered in any way for resale. Prohibited changes include dyeing, screen-printing, or adding embellishments.
3. Minimum Order Requirements- Opening Order: ₹50,000 minimum
- Reorders: ₹30,000 minimum
4. Payment TermsAll wholesale payments must be made online using the link shared by our team.
❌ No Cash on Delivery (COD) accepted.
Each wholesale order must include a minimum of 10 SKUs. Create your order sheet based on your selections and email it to orders.bre@gmail.com with your GST certificate.
6. Shipping Timeline & Charges- Orders are shipped within 25 days.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on actuals and shared before dispatch.
- You may choose to pick up your order from our studio.
- Wholesale orders are not eligible for free or flat-rate shipping promotions.
7. Cancellations & RefundsAll wholesale sales are final. In rare cases, if a cancellation is approved, a credit memo of 85% will be issued (15% cancellation fee). This credit can be used on future orders.
💡 No direct refunds will be processed.
Returns are accepted only with prior approval. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at orders.bre@gmail.com. Approved returns are issued as credit memos — no cash refunds.
9. Selling RestrictionsWholesale buyers are strictly not permitted to sell BREATH:ABLES products on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, or any other online marketplace.
