If you’re not fully satisfied or received a defective item, you can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery.

Key Return & Exchange Guidelines:

• Request must be placed within 5 days of delivery.

• An order can be returned/exchanged only once.

• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Sale items, customized products, and gift cards are non-returnable.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with tags.

Refunds & Vouchers:

• COD orders: Refunds via discount voucher (valid for 12 months).

• Prepaid orders: Choose between a full-value discount voucher or bank refund (₹99 deduction per product).

• First exchange is free; additional exchanges incur ₹99/product.

Return Process:

1. Reverse Pickup: Available in select pin codes.

2. Self-Ship: Not serviceable? Self-ship your product and earn a ₹100 voucher. Don’t forget to include your Order No. & Return ID in the packet.

We offer pan-India delivery for all our products, including our bestselling women’s nightwear, co-ord sets, and kids’ cotton sleepwear.

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹2000

• For orders between ₹1300 – ₹1999.99, shipping is charged at ₹49

• For orders below ₹1299, a flat shipping rate of ₹99 applies

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for your convenience

• Orders are processed within 2 business days

• Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch

In the rare event of a delay, we will notify you proactively to ensure transparency.

2. Delivery Updates:
   You’ll receive SMS notifications from our delivery partner on the day of delivery, including estimated arrival times.

Important:
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. Two delivery attempts will be made. If the order is refused or the OTP is not provided during the first attempt, the package will be returned to our warehouse. A second delivery attempt will not be made. To reorder, please place a new prepaid order.

We also request you to double-check your delivery address and contact number, as we are unable to process orders with incomplete details.
