At BREATH:ABLES, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality sleepwear that exceeds their expectations. We understand that sometimes you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase, and that's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have received a defective or wrong item, you can initiate a return or exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery for all orders purchased from our website. To initiate a return or exchange, simply visit the "Return or Exchange" option in the footer of our website or directly through this link: https://breathables.in/apps/return_prime

For offline purchases, please connect with us on 95 2955 2933 to process the return. Please note, return policy and terms and conditions remain the same.

Please read through the following terms and conditions prior to making a purchase. By making a purchase, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

In case of returns and exchanges please remember the following points:

- Return or exchange requests will only be allowed within 5 days from the date of delivery.

- An order can only be exchanged or returned once.

- We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

- Following items are not eligible for exchange:

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift cards.
Refund or exchange is not possible for pieces customized as per your specific measurements.

For the product to be eligible for return or exchange, please make sure the following conditions are met:

The product must be returned in its original packaging.
The product was not used or damaged.
The product must include the original tags.

All Cash On Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed only through Discount Voucher valid for 12 months from date of issue and can be used to make purchases only on our website.

Exchanges are only free for the first time; subsequent exchanges are chargeable at Rs.99/product.

Refunds against returns are processed after the product is received and approved by our warehouse team, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for the entire process.
Exchanges take between 1-2 weeks depending on the destination pincode.

How do you return?
- Reverse pick-up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
- Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed a maximum of Rs.100 towards your shipping costs as a Discount voucher (valid for 12 months) which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse. Please mention the Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet.

We request you to share the courier details with us on WhatsApp us at +91 95295 52933. Any product self-shipped after 5 days of raising a return request will not be considered. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
For customers within India, we provide free shipping for billing above Rs 2000/- (for billing below Rs 1999.99/-, charge of Rs 49/- will be levied). You have the flexibility to choose your preferred payment method, including Cash on Delivery (COD). Online orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days from the shipping date. In the rare event of any further shipping delays, we will promptly notify you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Exciting news! We now offer worldwide shipping. You can confidently place your orders from anywhere around the globe. However, please note that at this time, we are unable to provide exchanges or returns for orders outside of India. You can message us on 95 2955 2933 to place your orders. Please note the shipping charges will be charged on actuals for all international orders.

ORDER COMMUNICATION
To keep you well-informed throughout the ordering process, we will send you order-related information in two stages:

1.Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an email and a WhatsApp message confirming the details. If, by any chance, you do not receive the confirmation email, please reach out to us at hello@breathables.in or call us at +91 95295 52933.

2.Delivery Updates: Our delivery company will communicate with you via SMS on the day of delivery, providing updates on the estimated arrival time of your package.

Please ensure that someone is available at the specified address to receive your order. Our delivery service will make two attempts before returning the shipment to our studio, except in cases where the delivery is refused with an "OTP verification code" on the first attempt. In such instances, the product will be immediately returned to our warehouse, and a second delivery attempt will not be made. If you still wish to receive the same product, you will need to place a new order on a prepaid basis. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Kindly note that we are unable to process orders with incomplete addresses or contact numbers.

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you decide to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it by sending an email to hello@breathables.in.

Machine wash on gentle cycle in cold water with a mild detergent.
All Products are not pre-washed so there could be a mild shrinkage in some fabrics.
Do not soak the garments. Do not rub the garments by hand or use hard detergents.
