Refunds & Vouchers:

• COD orders: Refunds via discount voucher (valid for 12 months).

• Prepaid orders: Choose between a full-value discount voucher or bank refund (₹99 deduction per product).

• First exchange is free; additional exchanges incur ₹99/product.

Return Process:

1. Reverse Pickup: Available in select pin codes.

2. Self-Ship: Not serviceable? Self-ship your product and earn a ₹100 voucher. Don’t forget to include your Order No. & Return ID in the packet.

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹2000

• For orders between ₹1300 – ₹1999.99, shipping is charged at ₹49

• For orders below ₹1299, a flat shipping rate of ₹99 applies

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for your convenience

• Orders are processed within 2 business days

• Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch

Important:
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. Two delivery attempts will be made. If the order is refused or the OTP is not provided during the first attempt, the package will be returned to our warehouse. A second delivery attempt will not be made. To reorder, please place a new prepaid order.

We also request you to double-check your delivery address and contact number, as we are unable to process orders with incomplete details.
