At BREATH:ABLES, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality sleepwear that exceeds their expectations. We understand that sometimes you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase, and that's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have received a defective or wrong item, you can initiate a return or exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery for all orders purchased from our website. Please read through the following terms and conditions prior to making a purchase. By making a purchase, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
In case of returns and exchanges please remember the following points:
- Return or exchange requests will only be allowed within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- An order can only be exchanged or returned once.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
- Following items are not eligible for exchange:
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift cards.
  • Refund or exchange is not possible for pieces customized as per your specific measurements.
For the product to be eligible for return or exchange, please make sure the following conditions are met:
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product was not used or damaged.
  • The product must include the original tags.
  • All Cash On Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed only through Discount Voucher valid for 12 months from date of issue and can be used to make purchases only on our website.
  • For Prepaid orders users can opt for 
    • Discount Voucher of full value valid for 12 months from date of issue and can be used to make purchases only on our website.
    • transfer to original source where Rs. 99/product will be deducted
  • Exchanges are only free for the first time; subsequent exchanges are chargeable at Rs.99/product.
  • Refunds against returns are processed after the product is received and approved by our warehouse team, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for the entire process.
  • Exchanges take between 1-2 weeks depending on the destination pincode.
  • How do you return?

    • Reverse pick-up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
    • Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed a maximum of Rs.100 towards your shipping costs as a Discount voucher (valid for 12 months) which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse. Please mention the Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet.
